Information for Observers of the June 11 forum
Thank you again for agreeing to join us for Sea Level Rise and Extreme Precipitation: Preparing for Boston’s Uncertain Future at the Museum of Science, Boston on Sunday, June 11, 2017. Please do not share these logistics with anyone else, as we are only accepting participants and observers who we have confirmed at this point.
Below you will find an agenda and transportation information. It is very important that you arrive no later than 8:30AM, so the program can begin promptly at 9AM. We will begin with a welcome in the d’Arbeloff suite on the 3rd floor of the Museum’s Red Wing, and then move to the Planetarium for the first part of the program. There will be signs and volunteers to direct you.

- If you would like to see the background information that has been given to the participants, you can download it from the link below. It will give you an idea about the basics of what will be discussed. This information has been sent to all of the selected participants. We can also email you a pdf copy if requested. - BEFORE you come to the meeting, please print, read, sign and date the Photo Release Form attached and bring it with you when you come to the meeting. If you are unable to print, we will have copies available for you to read and sign when you check in: NOAA_PhotoRelease.
- For driving directions, parking and transportation option please visit: Directions to Museum of Science. We will validate your parking if you need to park at the MOS garage.
- If you are one of the people who is visiting from out of town, please click here for walking directions from the Fairfield Inn hotel to the Museum. The walking distance is 0.6 miles.
